  Was made to wait half an hour which would of been fine if I was actually told that the doctor I was seeing was running behind but nope I was just left sitting there and decided to get up and leave poor customer service would of been nice to have been told the doctor was running late.

  Herath has been my Dr for about 5 years now at Cumberland St, Cessnock and now here at Wallsend. In all my experiences with doctors in Victoria and now NSW, I've never had a more thorough, understanding and caring GP. Thank you Herath for all your help.

  What business in today's world doesn't have EFTpos or credit card services? Wallsend GP Clinic that's who! Cash or cheque accepted. I'm sure the doctors are lovely, but the customer experience for me was very poor.

  Dr Palipana is a fantastic caring professional very thorough in her diagnosis and takes the time to explain everything i have been very lucky to find a great doctor in a bulk billing practice and not to mention the friendly care of the receptionist .
