  I have always serviced my car at this service centre. The managers Lisa and Roger have always been helpfull and honest with pricing. Mechanically i have never had any issues, had my car serviced today thank you

  We broke down on the side of the highway and after a quick look on the web to see who we could take our car to we choose ultra tune thinking it would be a safe bet .. but hell we were wrong so after having our car for three days and many phone calls we were told our car was ready and lead to beleive that our problem was fixed .. we managed to get 100m down the road before the problem started again so we went back and them know it still playing up and i don't think we can make our journey as the problem is still there ... the owner of this station informed us it would be fine and u just need to run the fuel through !!! And this is were our problems begun again we broke down on the side of the road yet again and had to get it towed yet again due to he's incompetence. Not only didn't they fix the car they tried to charge for services that wasn't even done .. and when we rang him to inform him of the problem he reply was not my problem so we rang head office who were more than happy to help !!! I would never recommend this site for anyone to use they do not do the work that is on said to be done!!! Please stay away from this ultra tune cause at the end of the day you are only going to get a empty bank account but also shocking workman ship
